This information is intended to you as a participant to this event.
The provisions of the current state of emergency in France require us to ask your identification document at the reception desk. So please bring a valid identification document every day in order to enter the event venue. Only registered participants who show a valid identification document will be allowed to enter the site. In addition, you will be subject to baggage check every time you enter the site.
The venue of this event is a non-smoking site. There are however some designated smoking areas outside of the building that you will easily find.
We do plan to have coffee and tea breaks. For lunch we will go to an University restaurant near to CC it will be take in charge for each participant. See the timetable for details.
