Hotel Information
The conference will take place at the Sheraton Old San Juan
Room rates were pre-negotiated and are $119 per night for either a Deluxe King or Double room during the conference nights (5/20-5/25). There are a limited number of discounted rooms ($179/night) for Saturday (5/19). Please reserve your Saturday night stay with the hotel directly and contact the organizers to access this special Saturday night rate. A one night, non-refundable room deposit will be charged upon reservation. The rate includes Wi-Fi.
To register with the group rate please go to: https://www.starwoodmeeting.com/Book/MeVArc. Guests can access that site to book, modify, or cancel a reservation. In order to get the discounted group rate you must reserve your rooms by 4/20. Please note that currently the above group website only allows reservations from 5/20 through 5/26. Attendees that wish to reserve rooms before or after these dates will need to do reserve the before/after dates separately using their preferred hotel reservation website/service. We apologize for the two-step process and we are working with the hotel to get the group website to allow room reservations before 5/20 and after 5/26.
