MEDSI 2018 FEES:
Registrations made after June 18, 2018 will be considered on-site registration and consequently minor delays at the registration desk.
Cancellation Fees:
All cancellation must be done by writen. Please send you email to congres@hopscotchcongres.com. Before 25th May 2018 cancellation fees (150 €) will be charged. After this deadline, no cancellation will be refunded.
Means of payment:
The recommended means of payment is by credit card. The conference secretariat has subcontracted payment by credit card to a secure payment service that guarantees confidentiality and security. Please double check that all information is correct, especially your e-mail address. If you cannot pay per credit card, or if your institute or your organization requires a specific invoice, it is possible to request for an invoice. Extra bank transfer fees can be charged if you use AMEX credit card.
VISA / Letter of invitation:
A letter of invitation for VISA purposes can be obtained after your on-line registration process has been completed. Contact the registration office (congres@hopscotchcongres.com) with your request. The letter will be sent to you by e-mail as a PDF file.
