REGISTRATION FEES:
The Standard Fee is 380 Euros for early registration and 450 Euros for late registration after 30 April 2018. Due to an agreement with the Italian Physical Society, that is an official sponsor of the conference, there is a special reduced rate of 360 Euros for members of the Italian Physical Society (SIF, Società Italiana di Fisica). Similarly the late registration fee will be 430 Euros.
There is a special reduced rate of 190 Euros for Ph.D. students, which increases to 250 Euros after 30 April 2018.
These fees include all breaks, lunches, the welcome drink, a guided city tour and the conference banquet.
EARLY FEE: must be registered and paid before 30 April 2018. If you register before 30 April 2018 and only pay after this date you will be charged the late fee.
ACCOMPANYING PERSON FEE:
There is a possibility of accompanying persons paying a one-off 100 Euro fee that will cover the welcome drink, wine and food tasting, guided city tour and conference banquet. This accompanying person fee must be included during the registration process.

Payment may be made in one of three ways

- Bank transfer
- CERN InterDepartmental Transfer (TID) from a CERN account
- CASH is NOT ACCEPTED AT REGISTRATION
Please note that your registration status is automatically updated as PAID only if you use the online epayment method by credit card. All other methods require manual updating of the conference account by the Secretariat and do not appear immediately - it often takes several weeks for money to appear on the conference account.

Payment by credit card is done online within your registration. Please choose "e-payment" when you fill in your registration form, or if you want to proceed with the e-payment later choose "Modify my registration" (in the main menu) and then "e-payment".
The costs for payment with Visa and Mastercard are around 2.5% and around 3.7% with American Express.
* Bank Transfer

and the name of every person for whom the fee is being paid. Please make sure that you include the cost of bank fees such that the precise fee amount reaches the conference account below:
