In order to set the perfect ambiance for discussion and networking, the workshop is held at Jouvence, a secluded resort in the province of Québec, Canada. Jouvence, a non-profit organization, is located on a 194-acre site on the shores of Lake Stukely, in Parc national du Mont-Orford. Known for its warm hospitality and excellent food, Jouvence has been an Eastern Townships gem for more than 45 years. Offering an all-inclusive experience to its guests, which includes overnight stays, meals, and access to outdoor activities, equipment, and facilities, this site will both win you over and help you be in the mood for great technical discussion and networking.

They have various types of accommodation, from small private cabins and large pavilions with wood stoves and a charming inn. Have a look at their website (https://www.jouvence.com/en/) and feel free to browse to see the stunning pictures.

One thing is sure, do not bring your suit, ties and dressed shoes! Note that during that time of the year, the temperature is in average 11-15 Celsius during the day and it gets colder at night. So bring cloths accordingly.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Onsite Jouvence, whatever the accommodation you get (small cabin or hotel room), you will need to walk to the main chalet for meals and the conference room. It is mandatory to have comfortable walking shoes and appropriate clothes. Walking can be between 2 and 10 min to get from your room to the main chalet.
