- Introduction by each attendance,
- Itow introduced outline and scope of ISVHECRI series
- Itow showed outline of the program and first idea for each session.
- Some discussion
- 20’ talk including discussion is too short. Minimum should be 20’+5’. Accordingly 30’ talk should be 30’+5’ . We try to adjust session length.
- Conveners can give talks by themselves.
- Contribution talk should be announced much earlier ( end of Feb) for visa and flight booking for overseas participants. Accordingly registration should be opened much earlier ( beginning of Jan.)
- Conveners will continue to discuss by themselves to define talks and speakers via email and make it almost good shape by mid of Jan. A small Vidyo meeting may be scheduled to follow up.
