General information
The conference will be held at the Grand Hôtel Roi René at Aix-en-Provence downtown, from the 8th of October 2018 at noon to the 12th of October 2018 afternoon.
The number of participants is limited to 70.
The conference fee is 450 € which include the 5 lunches, the visit to the center of CEA Cadarache (for those interested), the conference dinner (see the Social events page for more information) and the proceedings of the conference. An extra of 50€ is requested per accompanying person attending the conference dinner. The payment should be done through bank transfer (see the Payment page for more details).
Presentations are set to 30' (regular talks) or 40' (invited talks), with discussion included.
Proceedings of the conference are planned to be published in EPJ Web of Conferences (peer review). Instructions for the abstract and proceeding submission are detailed on the Instructions for authors page.
