CERN hostel
30 single rooms are available at the CERN hostel from 16 to 21 December (latest check-out Friday, 21 December at 11 a.m.)
The cost is 58 CHF/night.
If you wish to book a room at the CERN hostel, please complete the attached CERN Hostel booking form and return it to housing.service@cern.ch at the latest 31 days before the expected arrival date.
All reservations, regardless of origin, are payable in Swiss francs.
Cancellation or modification are accepted without charge until 2:00 pm (local time) two days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
In case of no-show, the first night will be charged 100% on the financial guarantee provided at the time of booking. The rest of the stay will be entirely cancelled if no (re) confirmation is given before 12:00 (local time) the day after the no-show.
In case of early departure, there is no charge if the hotel reception is informed before 12:00 (local time) on the day of departure.
