Terms and Conditions:

By completing the registration form the person accepts that his personal data will be further processed by the web system of the Conference in order to make an agreement of participation allowing organization of the Conference, registration and operation of the Conference website.

Organizers are allowed to process the following personal data of participants: first name,  family name, e-mail, phone number, correspondence address. The personal data will be protected with respect to unauthorized access.

Cancellation policy:

  • All fee cancellations must be received by 15th of May 2018 by email to kf@agh.edu.pl. Only then refunds (less a 50 € administrative fee) will be issued to the attendee. No refunds will be issued thereafter.

Cancellation policy for hotels reserved during online registration:

  • The cancellation of the hotels reserved through the online registration tool will be accepted until 15th of May 2018 and refunded less a 50 € administrative fee.

For the cancellation of the hotel received after 15th of May 2018 no refunds will be issued thereafter.
