A block of rooms has been reserved at the Lab's Guest House from October 24 through October 29 at a rate of $145/night. This rate is for single occupancy and includes tax, parking, wi-fi, weekday shuttle pass, coffee, tea and housekeeping. Add $10 per additional guest in the room.
To book your room at the Guest House, use

Go to berkeleylabguesthouse.org and click on the RESERVATIONS tab at the top of the screen. Enter the group booking code where it says “I have a group booking code” and proceed with the reservation.

Call +1 (510) 495-8000 to call the Guest House Front Desk. Reference the group name and / or booking code when you make your reservation.

Email the Front Desk directly at reservation@berkeleylabguesthouse.org and refer to the group name and / or booking code.
Availability is first come, first served. Any unused rooms will be released on October 15.

There are many hotels in the Berkeley area. Some offer a discount to people going to LBNL, so be sure to mention that you're participating in a meeting at Berkeley Lab when making your reservation.
