The Workshop dinner will be at Two Brothers Tap House which is located close to Fermilab. It is a craft micro brewery founded in Illinois and still family owned. As you might have guessed it was originally founded by two brothers who inherited bulk milk tanks from their grandfather, a dairy farmer, that the brothers originally converted into fermenters.

Food is included in the conference dinner buffet fee but beer and alcoholic beverages need to be paid for by participants. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options are available, but please contact me if you have specific food allergies.
