1. Summary: what is done so fare

  • Training content has been discussed and stress should be on
  • Twiki page has been updated and contructed

2. Discussions

  • what is the link between EVM and openSE?
  • EVM is a tool to help the project stay on track, used mostly in resources planning
  • risks of misunderstaning with installation coordination and work packages
  • problem: not seeing th critical path
  • PMP should have clearly defining the tools
  • How to manage the overlapping of groups and ACE?
  • Listing what is expected to be offered to learners of different levels. Three types of participants in projects, and this shall be acknowledged. Everyone should know what is expected from them in terms of roles and used tools. The approach is not at the moment systematic.
  • As we are using simplifying tools, we need to take into account the burden created by using them
  • user forum to bring the people together and share knowledge
