Examination of RF Signal processing for Cavity BPMs45m
The CLEAR linear accelerator at CERN is equipped with three cavity BPMs, originally designed for the CLIC main beam aiming at a resolution of 50 nm. The presented thesis mainly focuses on the 15 GHz RF signal processing, but also covers some aspects of the cavity pickups and results of beam measurements performed during the last year.
