The 10th CERN Latin-American School of High- Energy Physics (CLASHEP2019), is being organized jointly by: CERN, Geneva, Switzerland and CIEMAT, Spain; and a team of local organizers from institutes in Argentina and Uruguay. It receives sponsorship from numerous funding bodies in Argentina and internationally.
The School will be held in Villa General Belgrano, Córdoba Province from 13 to 26 March 2019. Students should aim to arrive in Villa General Belgrano by early evening of Wednesday 13 March and leave on the morning of Tuesday 26 March. The tuition (lectures, and other parts of the official programme) will take place from 14 to 25 March.
We will be accommodated at the Howard Johnson Hotel, about 2 hours drive from Córdoba Airport. All of the lectures will take place in the conference facilites of the hotel.
Personal contacts and informal discussions among the participants during leisure time are an important aspect of the School. For this reason, participants are asked to note that they should not be accompanied by family members or friends.
The working language of the School will be English. Participants must therefore have a good understanding of English to enable them to benefit from the School.
