Students who are selected to attend the School should arrange to arrive in Villa General Belgrano for registration during the afternoon or evening of Wednesday 13 March 2019. The school will end on the morning of Tuesday 26 March after breakfast.
On the day of arrival a bus transfer will be organized between Córdoba International Airport (airport code COR) and the Hotel in Villa General Belgrano. Similarly, transport will be provided to the airport on the departure day.
Accepted students will be informed about the times of the bus transfers so that they can arrange their travel accordingly.
Note that students should not make firm bookings for travel to the school before they have been formally accepted, and travel details for funded students must be agreed in advance by the School organizers.
