There is a regular bus from Geneva airport to Chamonix. Tickets can be booked on the following websites:
- Alpy Bus (shared and private transfer)
- Ouibus
- SuisseTours Transfer (shared and private transfer)
- FlixBus (from Geneva Central Bus Station)
Chamonix Bus Station is located 150 m from the Le Refuge des Aiglons Hotel.
Transportation should be organised and paid directly by the participant through the chosen company (approximative cost for a one-way ticket: 20 EUR, 1h 20min)
By car:
Chamonix is 100 km away from Geneva airport and can be reach in 1h 10 min.
From Route D1506, once you reach Chamonix, take Allée Recteur Payot and then Avenue de Courmayeur until you reach number 270.
Be sure to check the weather forecast before you leave to be sure to be able to reach the hotel.
If you are driving, a paid public parking lot is located just opposite the hotel, or you can take advantage of our indoor parking (contact reception for prices and booking).
A specific transportation will be provided for participants who will attend to the CERN visit on Friday 14.06 (bus from Les Aiglons to CERN).
