The hotel will offer 50 rooms from Tuesday 30th of July until Friday 2nd of August for a fixed price of 1350 SEK per night (single room) or 1550 SEK (double room). For extra nights the price per room might differ since it is not part of the agreement.
The pre-booked rooms are available until 6 weeks before the start of the conference. Less then 6 weeks before the conference the rooms are released and you can only book a room according to the terms if there is availability. If the booking is cancelled less than 2 weeks before the conference the participant will have to pay the full price.
