• Registration fee and registration process
The registration fee for the symposium is 500 USD / 9000 MXN. A reduced fee of 450 USD / 8000 MXN applies if paid before September 13 August 31, 2019. The full fee for accompanying persons is 80 USD. The fee includes a welcome drink, lunches, coffee breaks, and the conference banquet. Payments can be made by bank transfer as detailed below. The registration status on the INDICO website will be changed to “complete” by our administrative staff after your payment is received. Regular invoices will be distributed at the registration desk upon arrival in Mexico.

• Support for students and young researchers
Thanks to the conference sponsors, funds have been set aside to support the participation of young researchers at AISIS2019 by waiving the registration fee. Students and participants who have received their PhDs within the past three years are encouraged to apply for support according to the guidelines posted on the website. The deadline for student support application is July 28, 2019. Support decision notifications will be sent by August 19, 2019.

You need a deposit slip with a unique reference number, which you have to request from the organizers (ai-symposium-2019@correo.nucleares.unam.mx). This slip contains the account information needed for the transfer. It is important that the information you supply to the bank is correct, as we have no way to recover incorrect transfers and you will have to pay again. Once you have paid, please send the proof of payment to the organizers. If you need a factura, please provide the required information when you send your proof of payment.
