Description
The fate of the Higgs vacuum in the context of the cosmological history is usually studied
by assuming no new physics between the Standard Model and the Planck scale. In this
work we show that even Planck suppressed operators can play a crucial role in determining
the fate of our vacuum during inflation. En passant, we notice that considering the time
dependence of the Hubble parameter during inflation (contrary to what it is largely used
in the literature) can lead to results which are different by order of magnitudes.
