Student rooms at a lower cost for the ENLIGHT 2019 Meeting in Caen can be booked as following:

INFORMATION

Twenty five students rooms have been pre-reserved for the meeting ENLIGHT, they are available for young researchers.

These rooms are available only from the 30^th of June to the 4^th of July, but you can book for less than the 4 nights.

The total price should be calculated as following: [(nbr of nights) x (27€)] + 33.88€ = total price

RESERVATION

The reservation should be made as soon as possible to Mrs. Betty LEROY by email with the exact dates and number of nights: [b.leroy@baclesse.unicancer.fr]. She will tell you if there are still available rooms, when she will have confirmed your reservation you have to pay it in total in advance (see below).
