Having previously heard from the experiments about the various steps needed to perform an analysis, we would like to focus this meeting on the question of how best to do that work.  Whether this is a complete framework or a toolkit, we would like to start to collect some of the best ideas for how to do physics analysis from the community. The meeting will involve shorter presentations discussing only briefly general concepts, and focusing on the key design ideas that are really game-changing and make life easier.  Assuming we keep to schedule, there will again be plenty of time for discussion at the end of the meeting in a dedicated session.
