Students who are selected to attend the School should arrange to arrive in St. Petersburg for registration during the afternoon of Wednesday 4 September 2019. The school will end on the morning of Tuesday 17 September after breakfast.
On the day of arrival a bus transfer will be organized between St. Petersburg International Airport (airport code LED) and the New Peterhof Hotel. Similarly, transport will be provided to the airport on the departure day.
Where necessary, JINR will assist with official invitations for use in obtaining visas for Russia. Once selected, students will be contacted by e-mail with the relevant instructions for making the visa application for Russia.
Note that students should not make firm bookings for travel to the school before they have been formally accepted, and travel details for funded students must be agreed in advance by the School organizers.
