Financial matters
There is no registration fee.
Travel and stay expenses will be covered for speakers only within the available budget.
We kindly ask the speakers to follow these recommendations:
- Travel in economic class
- From/to airports, please prefer public transportation
- For the accomodation, the reimbursement sum is maximum 69 euros or 100 CHF per night for a maximum of 4 nights (from 29 August to 2 September).
- Please be sure to keep all the receipts for the reimbursement.
