CERN Hostel
Reservations for the CERN hostel should be made directly via the CERN Hostel Reception.
We strongly recommend you to:
- stay at the CERN Hostel (Meyrin) as it is the most convenient place (no need to arrange transport - just a few meters walk to the conference room) and
- make your reservation as soon as possible.
Travel and stay will be financially covered for speakers only, within the available budget.
For the accomodation, the reimbursement sum is maximum 100 CHF per night for a maximum of 4 nights (from 29 August to 2 September 2010).
The reimbursement will be made only upon presentation of the receipts (train or plane tickets, proof of payment, invoice, boarding pass,...).
