- Please attend the session at least 30 minutes before your talk in case of logics issues
- Please plan to share your slides. To do this in ZOOM, click "Share content", then the window that you want to share, and finally click on "share". The window you shared will have a green box around it. The ZOOM control bar will change appearance and location when doing this (but its still there).
- Share your camera when you presenting. You may have to give ZOOM permission to use your camera and this may require restarting ZOOM. There is a useful option in ZOOM settings to disable your camera when joining any meeting.
- The use of creative backgrounds are encouraged. One way is the ZOOM virtual background feature. Click the arrow next to the video icon, and select "Choose virtual background". You can do this ahead of time.
- Please give your talk within its allotted time. The session chair will notify you if you run over (most likely by interrupting you...)
- When done presenting, un-share your slides by clicking "Stop share"
