FEES & PAYMENT
The fee covers the accommodation, breakfasts, lunches, coffee breaks, from Sunday afternoon 22 March to Saturday 4 April before noon, as well as all organized social events (banquet, excursion, movie night). It does NOT include travel expenses
ONLY if you have received an acceptance Letter, you will be required to pay the Registration fee.
- Payment before December, 15th, Single room at 2100 CHF per person
- Payment before December, 15th, Shared twin room at 1600 CHF per person
- Payment before December, 15th, Local student at 800 CHF (This includes all services offered to the other students except a room, breakfast and evening meal and all social events)
- Payment between December, 15th - February 15th, Single room at 2400 CHF per person
- Payment between December, 15th - February 15th , Shared twin room at 1900 CHF per person
- Payment between December, 15th - February 15th, Local student at 1100 CHF (This includes all services offered to the other students except a room, breakfast and evening meal and all social events)
The prices indicated are those called “early payment”, which means for payment being issued to CERN before December the 15th 2019. The date, when the money was sent to CERN will be taken as reference, not when CERN receives the money.
If you have received an acceptance Letter and depending on the option you have chosen at the registration, you will be required to pay the Registration fee. These payment deadlines are very important, since not having paid by the indicated dates, ** you may be excluded to participate at the school **. Please start the payment process at your home institute very early, according to our experience this always takes more time than anticipated.
