Venue
On Saturday night, we will have a reception, poster session, and banquet, all taking place at the Dubose House (150 Dubose Home Lane, Chapel Hill, NC, 27517); here is a map link to the parking lot.
The reception and poster session will begin at 6:30 PM, with the buffet dinner starting at 7:30 PM.
Transportation
In addition to carpool options with local participants, or those who have rented cars, ride-share services like Uber or Lyft can be used readily in the area.
We will have 2x 15-passenger vans able to transport people between the conference hotels and the evening activities.
Poster session
We will have a poster session for Magnificent CEvNS 2019, that will take place during the reception prior to our banquet on Saturday night.
Notice to poster presenters:
The poster boards are 48 inches (4 feet) wide and 36 inches (3 feet) long. The best configuration for these boards is the landscape layout. If you have a portrait layout or a poster that is larger than this, we may be able to accommodate other formats, though the final configuration may not be ideal.
Please bring your poster to mount at least 15 minutes before the start of the poster session/reception on Saturday night. If you are unable to mount your poster by that time, please contact Diane Markoff either by email (dmarkoff at nccu dot edu) or at the conference on Saturday to make arrangements to have the poster committee put up your poster.
