In case the in-situ housing is fully booked you can contact directly the nearby hotels (price list and addresses in the above URL) which offer special discount prices for CERN and shuttle service to/from the airport and the lab.
Workshop program: The workshop program starts on Wednesday May 25,2011 at 09:00AM and ends the same day at 18:30PM. A welcome coffee will be offered on Wednesday at 8:30 next to the conference room.
Registration : All participants are required to register using the online form. The registration deadline is May 23rd.
Visitors computers : Please follow the CERN rules as described in the page in the workshop's URL.
Conference rooms : To reach the reserved room please use the internal shuttle service. The room is equipped with projector and wifi.
Lunch - coffee/tea breaks : Coffee/tea breaks will be served at the conference room. For lunch, one of the nearby CERN restaurants is the best option that are in walking distance.
