Dear Participants,
Due to the increasing number of Covid-19 virus cases locally, CERN has decided to “Cancel large meetings at CERN and in the Globe, i.e. meetings with more than 100 people in attendance that take place within the next two months. The time will be reviewed regularly”.
We therefore have to cancel the CLIC Workshop next week.
If the registration fee has been already paid we will refund it in next few days.
All rooms reservations made for the duration of the CLIC Workshop 2020 have been cancelled. Participants who have had room reservations at CERN Hotel will not be charged with any additional fee.

We apologise for the inconvenience of this cancellation but hope to reschedule and arrange the meeting at a future occasion when everybody can travel and participate without the concerns of the Covid-19 virus.
As soon as the situation normalises, we will come back to yo with more information about the next steps.
