The Workshop Fee:
The Workshop Fee is 150 CHF if payed before December 31st, 2019.
Late Registration Fee after December 31st, 2019 is 180 CHF.
The deadline for registration is January 31st, 2020.
No reduction will be applied in case of partial attendance.
The fee covers: coffee breaks for all days of the workshop, Welcome reception and conference dinner.
Companion fee is 60 CHF. It includes conference Welcome reception and conference dinner.
CERN visitor cards will be issued for all participants (except CERN-users with access right).
Note that the accompanying persons wishing to access CERN-site should also register.
No visitor cards can be issued to accompanying persons who are not on the list of conference participants.
An indico account is mandatory for registration (required to issue a CERN access card).

Open a CERN lightweight account visiting the following page:

Connect your new CERN account with the indico system by login at the indico page (https://indico.cern.ch).
Payment of the workshop fee
The payment should be done before the registration deadline by bank transfer or credit card.
Note that Companion fee can be payed only by bank transfer.
In the "reason for transfer" field, please specify:
- Your Registration reference number.
- Your full name.
This should normally be made immediately after the online registration has happened. If you have registered but not paid yet, please do so.

Online payment (via credit card)
- please specify the name of the conference (CPHI2020) or the reference code 34987
- note that Visa and Mastercard levy approximately 2.5% on payments using their cards and American Express approximately 3.7%. These costs are borne by the participant and are added to the registration fees when paying by credit card.
Please note that NO CASH payments will be accepted on site.
