Submission deadline
Abstract submissions with proposals for theory and experimental posters are invited.
Besides posters from LHC collaborations we encourage posters from other experiments, including from experiments not at accelerators, but carrying out research relevant for LHC particle physics, and from theoreticians. Participants from experimental collaborations intending to present a poster should upload their abstracts as soon as they are approved by the respective collaborations.
The deadline for submission of abstracts for posters contributions has been extended to 7th May 2020.
Notification of the acceptance of a poster contribution will be sent by e-mail before 8th May 2020
Two poster sessions of one hour each are scheduled for the afternoon of Thursday 28th May and the morning of Friday 29th May, so that authors from all over the world can connect to at least one session to present their poster. Authors will connect to their own virtual room and be available for questions and explanations.
Posters contributions will be included in the proceedings.
Prizes for the top posters will be awarded.
The authors are encouraged to pre-record a 3-minute long video explaining their poster and upload it on the cloud before the poster session, as well as to upload the pdf version of their poster on the conference website (technical support and further instructions will be provided in due time).
