Tuesday 23 January

09:30 → 12:00 Prepare set-up for jdk-1.5 use on production vom(r)s servers

As decided in the
TF tel. meeting of 2006-10-24 upgrade java on the
production servers , remove the tomcat restart from cron and
follow-up the evolution of memory usage with time.

14:00 → 15:00 Bug review

Bug review/update/clean-up of the most relevant bugs from
the list:

09:30 → 11:00 Oracle usage optimisation

Discuss

vom(r)s software changes to comply to Oracle design
recommendations.

Participation of Oracle experts and the integration and
testing teams.

11:00 → 12:30 Prepare short vom(r)s test suite for Oracle patches and security updates

Document the test suite sufficient for regular (3-monthly)
Oracle updates.

With participation of testers and Oracle experts.

14:30 → 15:30 Re-evaluate the CERN vom(rs) servers' architecture

Discuss better load balancing across CERN server hosts
voms101,2,3
voms101.cern.ch (alias voms.cern.ch) is now available for
making gridmap files only after

the VOMS-LDAP service switch-off.

16:00 → 16:30 Review documentation: Review documentation for DTEAM VO Registration flow

Documentation is now scattered in:

Thursday 25 January

09:30 → 11:30 Monitoring tools status review/improvement

Evaluate the tools
used today.

With participation of FIO and monitoring experts.

11:30 → 13:30 Results from the jdk-1.5 use

Discuss the impact of the change applied in production on
Tuesday Jan 23rd. Communicate the results to the gLite
integration team.

Friday 26 January

11:30 → 13:30 DTEAM Update flow

14:30 → 16:30 VOMRS Groups/Roles and Approval handling in DTEAM

Presentation of the DTEAM update flow to the CERN ROC
managers and VOMRS Representatives (Maite Barroso and Nick
Thackray).
