Prepare set-up for jdk-1.5 use on production vom(r)s servers

As decided in the
TF tel. meeting of 2006-10-24 upgrade java on the
production servers , remove the tomcat restart from cron and
follow-up the evolution of memory usage with time.

Bug review/update/clean-up of the most relevant bugs from
the list:

Oracle usage optimisation

Discuss

vom(r)s software changes to comply to Oracle design
recommendations.

Participation of Oracle experts and the integration and
testing teams.

Prepare short vom(r)s test suite for Oracle patches and security updates

Document the test suite sufficient for regular (3-monthly)
Oracle updates.

With participation of testers and Oracle experts.

Re-evaluate the CERN vom(rs) servers' architecture

Discuss better load balancing across CERN server hosts
voms101,2,3
voms101.cern.ch (alias voms.cern.ch) is now available for
making gridmap files only after

the VOMS-LDAP service switch-off.

Results from the jdk-1.5 use

Discuss the impact of the change applied in production on
Tuesday Jan 23rd. Communicate the results to the gLite
integration team.

DTEAM Update flow

VOMRS Groups/Roles and Approval handling in DTEAM

Presentation of the DTEAM update flow to the CERN ROC
managers and VOMRS Representatives (Maite Barroso and Nick
Thackray).
