Few rooms have been pre-booked at the Swisstec Hotel on the campus till the 31st January 2020 at a special rate of 125 CHF per night for single or double occupancy. The Breakfast cost is of 14 CHF per person per day. A local tourist tax of 3.10 CHF per person per night is not included in the room rate and needs to be payed at the hotel. The payment of such tax allows free access to the local Lausanne transportations.

The city of Lausanne with a much larger variety of hotels is very close by and reachable from the CAMPUS with the metro M1 line Lausanne Flon - Renens.
The closest stop to the workshop venue is called UNIL-SORGE on the M1 line.
