On the arrival day, April 22, the meeting starts after 12:00 with lunch and with the first lecture at 15:00, and ends on April 24 around 12:00.
The venue will be Hotel Park in the town of Čakovec: street Zrinsko-frankopanska 14, tel. +385-(0)-40 311 255 .
As written on the link "Venue and accommodation" please book the accommodation directly by contacting the hotel Park by sending an e-mail to recepcija@hotelpark.hr .Please indicate that you are a participant of ACHT 2020.

In the case of some problems with your booking, feel free to e-mail the hotel using also prodaja@hotelpark.hr , and to phone Hotel Park at +385-(0)-40 311 255 .
Please do not use the hotel links for booking the accommodation, since (contrary to what we envisioned in the First circular) these links can give only the usual prices, and not the prices for the special arrangement which we negotiated for the meeting.
If you have problems in communication with Hotel Park, feel free to contact the Local organizing committee for help.
There is no conference fee since the special price arrangement includes not only the accommodation and all meals from lunch on Wednesday 22.04. (including the conference dinner on 23.04.) till the breakfast on Friday 24.04., but also coffee breaks and the car park for the whole period.
For the accommodation in the rooms of Classic category (the category used during ACHT 2016) the price for one person for the whole period is:
* 890 kn (approx. 120 Euros) in single rooms of Classic category
* 790 kn (approx. 107 Euros) in double rooms of Classic category
( One can also book the rooms in the higher category:
* 1130 kn (approx. 153 Euros) in a single room of Superior category
* 930 kn (approx. 125 Euros) in a double room of Superior category )
If you want also a lunch in Hotel Park before departure on Friday 24.04., it costs additional 60 kn (approx. 8 Euros).
