An indico account is mandatory for registration (required to issue a CERN access card).
In case you do not have an account yet, please follow these steps:
Open a CERN lightweight account visiting the following page:
https://account.cern.ch/account/Externals/RegisterAccount.aspx
Connect your new CERN account with the indico system by login at the indico page (https://indico.cern.ch).
Note that the accompanying persons wishing to access CERN-site should also register. No visitor cards can be issued to accompanying persons who are not on the list of conference participants.
CERN visitor cards will not be issued for CERN users (not needed).
If you wish to give a talk, please submit a title and abstract using the "Call for Abstracts" menu item at the left.
Important - CERN has some strict requirements for visitors:

Financial support will likely be available to assist your participation. In practice, this will take the form of a per-diem, amounting to roughly CHF-140/day, up to a maximum of CHF-1000/week.
• Those wishing to take advantage of this support should indicate that they require such assistance when completing the webform indicated above, i.e. http://th-dep.web.cern.ch/short-term-visitor-form.
• All applicants should inform we organisers of the outcome of this application because other sources of support may be found for those who are unsuccessful.
• Participation by early-career researchers connected with your team is very welcome, but you would be expected to cover their expenses. They must register using the webform, requesting no assistance.
