Onsite Participants
Participants should use their EDUROAM account to access the WIFI onsite. Make sure to notify accordingly on the registration form should you not have such account.
Participants will follow Institute and country health regulations linked to the pandemic. They will be requested to sign off an approval form onsite. Quick test and masks will be provided.
Passport should be carried along.
Remote participants
Participants should upload Teams software to follow the event online.
Connection will be available 1 week ahead.
