This school is supported by COST Action CA16201 - "PARTICLEFACE", and as such there are no registration fees for eligible candidates - doctoral students, and early-careers researchers employed by a research institute or a university.
Following a successful application for this school, the participants will be required to pay a 200 euro accommodation fee, which will cover the five-day duration of the school (Monday-Friday). This fee will be later reclaimable on the COST website, for which you will have to register as a participant; furthermore, attendance will be taken during the school and only participants attending will be able to reclaim the accommodation fee. Eligible candidates are also entitled to claim for accommodation for another night at the same rate of 45 Eur/night, in case their travel arrangements mean that they need to do so.
Eligible participants will also be able to claim the cost for their travel.
Unfortunately, master's students not employed at their research institute or university in any capacity, are not eligible for the reimbursement from COST, however, master's students are still welcome to apply and their participation will be evaluated.
