Registration fees

The registration fee for the workshop will cover part of the organizational costs related to the conference room, coffee breaks, lunch on the first day and the workshop proceedings. The fees have been fixed at

  • €40 for participants attending the workshop in person
  • €15 for participants joining remotely

Registration and payment information

Registering to the workshop is a 2-step process:

  1. Enter your registration information via the Indico registration form
  2. Initiate your payment of the registration fee via the Online Payment Tool

Your registration can only be completed once both steps have been done. Participants are kindly asked to settle the payment before the registration deadline, i.e. Nov. 10, 2021

All registered participants will receive a payment receipt at the time of the workshop. Please note that we are unable to provide official invoices for the registration fees.

Cancellation policy

For cancellations made before Nov. 10, 2021 the registration fee will be fully reimbursed. Past this date no refund is possible anymore, unless the participant can prove it is related to Covid-19 issues.
