Due to the Covid-19 pandemic a number of restrictions have been imposed to our workshop:
- The number of participants that can join the workshop in person has been limited to 53.
- All participants attending the workshop in person should bring:
- face masks, i.e. you will need to wear your mask inside the conference center and in various public places including e.g. all public transport (bus, train, tram ...)
- EU Digital Covid Certificate (digital or paper format), i.e. you will need it to enter restaurants and bars. More information on how to obtain this certificate can be found here.
- No official social events can be organized at the conference center. We are of course free to organize ourselves in smaller groups for e.g. dinners in the evening in the city center.
- Coffee breaks will be held in the meeting room itself to avoid contact with other events happening in parallel at the conference center.
- When traveling to Belgium, please verify the specific Covid related rules/restrictions valid for your country.
