The registration can be done through ePay (the University of Edinburgh online store).
For this you should create a ePay account, following this link:

How to register
On the linked page, press “Book event”, then “Proceed to checkout”.
In this way you will access the registration page.
Please, register as new customer to validate your registration to the workshop.
You will receive an email as confirmation of your registration on ePay.
Then, you will be able to login just clicking on "Proceed to checkout", to complete the registration and pay the fee.
If a error message appears after clicking "Proceed to checkout", please be sure to check if your shopping basket is empty.
Conference fee
The conference fee will include:
- welcome reception
- daytime catering
- social programme
- conference dinner
The fee for early birds is £340, available until 5th July.
Full fee from that date will be £400.
Any additional tickets required by accompanying persons for the social programme including the conference dinner can be purchased by selecting "Partners fee" for £120.
