POSTERS
Due to the hybrid mode adopted for the symposium, the poster sessions will be held remotely. 2 poster sessions are scheduled: on Tuesday 3 October afternoon and on Thursday 6 October morning.
Poster sessions will not be in presence: the Gathertown software will be used. Specific instructions on the Gathertown environment for NIBS 2022 will be posted soon onto the conference website and all participants will be informed. Presenters should be able to connect to the conference poster sessions by their own from the location they are.
We ask you for saving your poster as a pdf (portable document format) file; with paper size A0 - orizontal.
The poster files shall be uploaded onto the INDICO platform, according to the instructions you can find in the symposium homepage in section "Materials".
The organisers will make the files available in the Gathertown environment.
Considering the time required for this file transfer, we ask you for uploading your files onto INDICO by Wednesday 28 September 2022.
ORALS/SHORT ORALS/TUTORIALS
The oral contributions can be given either in presence or remotely.
Tutorials: 30 minutes, including questions
Orals: 20 minutes + 10 minutes for questions
Short orals: 15 minutes + 5 for questions
We ask you for saving your contribution as a pdf (portable document format) file. You can choose the paper size. The widescreen option might fit better modern screens.
The contribution files shall be uploaded onto the INDICO platform, according to the instructions you can find in the symposium homepage in section "Materials".
For attendees in person: To allow for the preparation of the oral sessions, the files shall be uploaded onto INDICO not less than two working days before the scheduled presentation (Thursday 29 September 2022 for the contributions to be presented on Monday 3 October 2022).
For remote participants: the contributions will be presented by Zoom. People from the LOC will contact you for a presentation test prior to the conference, most likely during the week starting on 26 September 2022.
