- We will strictly follow the WashU COVID guidelines which meet (or exceed) the current CDC requirements.
- We strongly encourage everyone to be fully vaccinated+boosted and to get a COVID-testing done before coming, especially if you are feeling sick.
- We hope you won't need this, but just in case, here are some public testing locations in the St. Louis area.
- We will ask everyone to kindly remain masked throughout the conference, whenever possible. This is for your own safety and for the safety of others around you.
- We will have face masks, hand sanitizers and hand wipes available at the registration desk for emergency use.
- For those staying in the dorms, a proof of COVID vaccination is mandatory. You should have received a secure link to upload a copy of your vaccination card.
- We are closely monitoring the COVID cases in St. Louis County and will take extra steps, as necessary.
