- Break food and drinks will be available throughout the day (starting at 8 am) near the registration tables outside the auditorium. Please feel free to grab a bite or a cup of coffee, but please note that no food or drink is allowed in the auditorium/classrooms.
- Boxed lunch will be provided Monday-Thursday 12.30-1.30 pm near the registration tables outside the auditorium. Unless you have specified any dietary restrictions in the registration form, please pay attention not to grab any of the special lunch boxes meant for those with food restrictions/allergies.
- Everyone is welcome to the Monday evening reception in the Holmes Lounge. There will be lots of food and drinks, including beer and wine.
- You will need your dinner ticket (along with your name tag) for the Thursday conference dinner at the Boathouse. If you don't have a ticket, but want to attend the dinner, please see us at the registration desk.
