You should have received an email on May 31 with detailed instructions. Standard check-in will be on Sunday, June 5th from 1:00 pm-5:00 pm in the Thomas Eliot Common Room on the first floor. The address is 6515 Wydown Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63105. We will have directional signs from Shepley Drive Clocktower location pointing to Thomas Eliot House.
For anyone arriving outside of the group check-in time, you may check-in at the Summer Programs and Conference Services main office located at 6618 Shepley Drive, Suite 1950, St. Louis, MO 63105. The office is open Monday – Friday, 9 am to midnight and Saturday - Sunday, noon to midnight.
If you arrive outside of the above business hours, call Washington University Police at 314-935-5555 and they will call a Conference Assistant to assist. Staff for the university residence halls are on call 24/7.
The dorm is building 305 on the campus map. Nearby parking is available in the Wallace Garage, building 205. There is a fee to park.
