GRIDPP47 COLLABORATION MEETING 

Venue : Department of Physics, Durham University

Virtual Attendance via Zoom ( https://uofglasgow.zoom.us/j/95443363469 ), password as for GridPP Ops.

The Collaboration Meeting will take place from 0930 on Wednesday 23rd March until 12.30 on Thursday 24th March in the Department of Geography (West Building) W309 [Wed, "building 2" on map] and Department of Physics PH8 [Thurs, building 14 on map] . (The co-located SWIFT-HEP meeting will continue on Thurs. afternoon.)

The university is within easy reach of Durham railway station.

Parking at the university is limited and therefore permits will not be available to the wider group.  If you have specific needs that require on-site parking, you can discuss your requirements directly with Sam Skipsey or request this on the registration form.

Alternatively, the nearest Park & Ride facility is Howlands, which is a short 12 minute walk to the venue and serviced by regular buses.

ACCOMMODATION

Bed & breakfast accommodation has been arranged at the following hotels and room allocation will be on a first come, first served basis. 

The preferred hotels are within easy reach of the railway station and the university.

** IMPORTANT : Parking may be limited and/or chargeable **

Your accommodation booking will be confirmed by Sam Skipsey after you have registered for the event.

COLLABORATION DINNER

Venue : Hatfield College

Address : Durham University, North Bailey, Durham, DH1 3RQ

A drinks reception and dinner will be held on the evening of Wednesday, 23rd March (1930).

You will be asked to confirm attendance and dietary requirements during registration.

PMB F2F MEETING (PMB Members Only)

Venue : Department of Physics, Durham University

The PMB F2F will take place from 14.00 to 17.00 on Tuesday, 22nd March. in room OC218, Ogden Centre for Physics.
