How to get to CERN?
Upon your arrival at the Geneva airport:
Option 1:
- Take the bus 23 (direction "Carouge-Tours") until the stop "Blandonnet".
- Go upstairs to the tramway station.
- Take the tram "18" (direction "CERN") until its end stop.
Option 2:
- Take the bus 23 (direction "Carouge-Tours") until the station "Blandonnet".
- Take the bus "68" (direction "Saint-Genis-Jean Monnet") until the stop "CERN".
Upon your arrival by train at Gare de Genève Cornavin:
- Take the bus "18" (direction "CERN") until its end stop.
By car coming from France:
- Take the autoroute A41 direction Genève/Bourg-en-Bresse.
- Cross the border in Bardonnex and you are at the highway A1 in Switzerland.
- Exit the A1 in "Genève-Centre-Meyrin" and follow the signs until Meyrin.
- Continue on the Route de Meyrin, Meyrin Village.
- Parking can be found behind the construction site "Science Gateway".
By car coming from Switzerland:
- Take the highway A1 until Geneva
- Exit the A1 in "Meyrin-Vernier" direction "Meyrin-Aéroport".

Option 1:
- Walk to the bus station "Ferney-Brunette" (3 minutes walk) and take the "F" Bus (direction "Gare Cornavin") to its end stop "Gare Cornavin".
- Walk over to the tram station (3 minutes walk) and take the tram "18" (direction "CERN") to its end stop "CERN".
Option 2:
- Walk to the bus station "Ferney-Brunette" (3 minutes walk) and take the Bus "66" (direction "Thoiry Centre Commercial") until the stop "Saint-Genis-Porte-de-France".
- Walk 2 minutes to other side of the bus station and take the bus "68" (direction CERN) to its end stop "CERN".
