What is provided:
- Folding table (sizes)
- two chairs
- Wifi
- Electrical power strips upon request
What is not provided:
- Computer equipment and power cords
- security storage area
- travel arrangements
- shipping from/to the conference venue.
- Please kindly note that prior shipping is not possible.
Cost:
- Entrance fees for one exhibitor is set to 500 CHF.
- The second accompanying exhibitor pays a reduced fee of 400 CHF.
Exhibitor Sign-Up Deadline:
- Friday, 7th October 2022
Exhibitor Guidelines:
- Arrive on time for show hours
- Bring literature and promotional giveaways
- Exhibitor assumes responsibility for booking and paying for his or her own travel arrangements as well as accommodation
- Exhibitor assumes responsibility for any personal or company-specific items throughout the event
Cancellation Policy:
- Before 30th September 2022, a full refund is possible.
- After 30th September 2022, no refund will be possible anymore.
