Instruction for poster presenters
Please use a standard A0 size format (840 mm x 1190 mm), vertical position and use a large font with adequate margins so that people can comfortably read what is written on the poster. Printing facilities are provided on-site, so the presenters do not need to come with the final printed paper poster. The tools to stick the posters will be available on-site.
The posters can be hung on Monday, September 19th evening (during the reception) and they will be exhibited for the whole duration of the conference. The poster session is scheduled for Tuesday.
