Pursuant to art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (Official Journal of the European Union L 119 of 4 May 2016), we inform you that:
- the controller of your personal data is the Institute of Nuclear Physics Polish Academy of Sciences (IFJ PAN)

- your personal data will be processed pursuant to:
- art. 6, item. 1 letter b, c of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016, for the purpose of proper organization and settlement of the programme,
- art. 6, item 1 letter c of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016, for the purpose of obtaining an access card to IFJ PAN,
- art. 6, item 1 letter of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016, for the purpose of advertisement of IFJ PAN, - the recipients of your personal data will be sole:
- entities entitled to obtain personal data under provisions of law,
- entities cooperating with IFJ PAN within the framework of scientific collaborations or providing services for IFJ PAN - your personal data will be retained:
- for the period necessary for proper organization and settlement of the programme, i.e. 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the programme was organized,
- for the purpose of promoting the event and informing about future scientific events organized by IFJ PAN - until the request for the erasure of personal data is received by the controller - you have the right to demand access to your personal data, the right to request rectification and restriction of processing of your personal data as well as - in the case of processing for the purpose of promoting the event and informing about future scientific events organized by IFJ PAN - right to request the erasure of your personal data processed for that purpose
- you have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection,
- providing your personal data is voluntary, but it is necessary for participation in the programme,
- when connecting remotely to lectures and exercises with your camera and/or microphone switched on, your image and voice will be provided to the provider of the Zoom platform.
